This course is a sharing space and is envisioned as an opportunity for generating ideas and solutions to challenges related to staff development which have been identified as common for HE institutions. We believe the sharing space will lead to establishing inter-institutional and interpersonal relations through gathering colleagues from different fields engaged in training in academic literacies. The long-term effect we seek is exchange of expertise and good practices on a regular basis towards meeting the ever growing demand of high-quality staff development.
