Opening and downloading attached files
If one or more files are attached to a message, the words Files Attached appear at the bottom of the message, followed by the filenames.
For example:
Files Attached: reading.pdf
Clicking on the filename will open the attached file.
Right clicking on this link and selecting the option "Save target as..." will allow you to download the file and save it on your harddisk.
Note: Depending on your browser, the save option might go under a different label than "Save target as...", e.g. "Save Link as...".
